Other important things to note:
RGB is screen-based for web design & social media, while CMYK is used for physical printing.
Often times, artwork is sent to us in RBG which we CANNOT print.
Converting from RGB to CMYK affects color vibrancy, and saturation – Vibrant, neon, or bright colors, especially deep blues and greens, become muted or dull because CMYK cannot reproduce them.
Please keep this in mind!
For files with multiple pages (such as double-sided prints or booklets), please submit them as a single PDF.
Each page of your project should be set up as its own individual page within the PDF, in the correct reading order. This ensures accurate printing, proper alignment, and a smooth production process. Please do not send us spreads, as we impose everything ourselves.
Hourly Artwork Rate
If a customer needs artwork created, edited, or adjusted by the graphic designer at Impressive Printing, we hold the right to charge an hourly artwork rate, which will be shown on the quote. The hours spent on a project, including communication via phone, email, or in-person discussions regarding project details, will be calculated and reflected in the final bill to the customer.
